Today I looked out at the feeder and I had someone new eating. I have seen this red winged blackbird in a tree at the neighbor's, but never could get a shot of him. This afternoon I guess he was hungry. He almost blended in with the grackles, but his red and yellow stripes gave him away.

I saw my first red winged blackbird of the season today. I was driving and it was flying.
